Bihar SC/ST Udyami Yojana is a entrepreneurship scheme launched by chief minister Nitish Kumar for SC/ST category. Bihar Mukhyamantri SC/ST Udyami Yojana 2019 aim is to provide the tendency towards entrepreneurship among youth of Economically weaker sections. This scheme will create interest for Youth of Bihar to think creatively and implement there ideas. The Government of Bihar has issued Rs.102.50 Lakhs in the Financial year for Bihar Mukhyamantri SC/ST Udyami Yojana. This Yojana can be applied for development of there entrepreneurship in Bihar Tourism, Transport, Beauty Parlor, Photo State Machines and typing, Masala, Papad, Making Banana, LEntil Mill, Oil Mill, FlourMill, Stitched Garments, Leather Sandals Shoes, Purses, Bags etc.

Bihar Mukhyamantri SC/ST Udyami Yojana 2019 will give a maximum of Rs.10 Lakhs for setting up the industry. Under this scheme, 50% of cost of the project provided through the loan will be free of interest and other 50% will be subsidy to entrepreneurs. The Government of Bihar had established this scheme to establish the industries and eliminate unemployment by making the loan of Rs.5 Lakhs to be available without any interest. Government had made a separate loan plan to take the loan, that is 50% grant will be given by government and another 50% amount should be paid by the youth. The amount will be available to the beneficiaries in three installments. The First installment amount will be provided for construction of shed and availability of land, Second installment will be provided for development and Third installment is in the form of working capital.

Eligibility for Bihar SC/ST Udyami Yojana

• The Applicant should be a resident of the State Bihar.
• The Applicant should belong to SC or ST category.
• The minim age of the applicant should be 18 years.
• The Academic qualification of the applicant should be atleast 10+2 or Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic diploma or its equivalent.
