Bihar Migrant Workers Registration Form for return help due to covid 19 lock down. It has Officially revealed by the state government that the Migrant labours, workers, Students, and Tourists who have stranded at various places can register their names through the Official website labour.bih.nic.in
The migrant from Bihar state must make registration to return to Bihar state. The Registration can be done online and the process for Bihar Migrant Return has started from 30th April 2020. Those Bihar Citizens who have trapped at various places in India can enroll your names Online for return to the home state.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has Circulated the notice about the movement of Migrant workers to all the Indian state governments, It also stated to allow the migrant workers into the respective states. On 1st May 2020, the MHA has extended the lock down up to 17th May 2020 and it could be extend further based on the situations that are faced by covid 19.

Bihar Migrant Workers Registration Form
The Bihar state Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi stated that the state government has arranged Special trains for 25 lakhs Migrant workers, Students, and tourists who stranded in different places of the Country. As there is no road transport facility to bring back the migrant workers. The govt has arranged only a Non-Stop train facility to bring back the migrant workers to the Bihar state. The train will no stop at any other place.
As there are not providing any transport services, it is impossible to bring bank the Migrant workers to the Bihar state, so the Bihar Goverment has passed the orders to the RRB Bihar department to arrange special Train services to bring back the migrant workers and Students.
Biahar Government could not make arrangements of quarantine facilities in Bihar state, so the migrant workers will be kept in quarantine facilities at the Bihar boarders for twenty-one days. The migrant workers and labours must support the state govt for these 21 days.Bihar Govt appeals to the Central govt to arrange the Special train for the people who stranded in Bihar state. According to the recent survey, more than 15 lakh people were struck in Bihar and all people want to go to their homes.
Instructions for Bihar Migrants
- The Migrant workers and Students who want to come back by train must register your names online before the traveling date.
- Only the Bihar State Citizens who got stuck in other places will allow registering online for Bihar Migrant Registration.
- The Train Transport facility will be provided to the Citizens of Bihar only. No other state citizens allow traveling to Bihar.
- The Migrant workers will keep in 21 days quarantine at Bihar boards.
- The Migrants must have Identity Proof issued by Bihar state govt.
How to Apply for Bihar Migrant Registration
Step 1:
The Migrant Workers, Students, Labours, and tourists must visit the Official website i.e. labour.bih.nic.in or covid19.bihar.gov.in
Step 2:
A link for registration of stranded persons in bihar who are desirous of returning to other state is available at the page click on it.
Step 3:
An applicants will available for new registration, Enter all your details like name, District, State, Mobile Number, Email ID, Destination Place, work profession, Aadhar Number, Permanent Address and other details.
Step 4:
After entering all the details, re-check the application and check for the corrections and click on the Submit button.
Step 5:
After successful registration, a reference ID will be generated and it will be sent to your registered mobile number. Returnees can use this ID and track the Status of Migrants form.
